The Pathfinder 2200-V is extremely stable for a 22' boat due to its wide beam. You can fish 4-5 people comfortably.
The boat is FAST. She will meet the need for speed if you are looking for that. She jumps onto plane quickly and tops out at 56 mph.
You will be impressed with how the 2200 from Pathfinder handles a chop. It is very dry and rides smooth. When you can't exactly choose your days and you must face some sloppy conditions, she won't let you down.
