The Pacific Seacraft 31 is designed to be the ideal sailboat for the cruising couple - whether sailing close to home or reaching for a distant horizon. She has a unique and innovative interior layout that provides ventilation and a feeling of space unusual in a 31 footer. Her hull design provides fulll rudder and propeller protection and a deep-V shape forward for a comfortable ride. Her Scheel keel offers shoal draft and as well as outstanding performance offshore and she is equipped with refrigeration, air conditioning, windlass, dodger and bimini top.
TAKE FIVE is a one owner boat that was purchased new with most of the optional extras offered by the factory. She is hull number 127 and is one of the last built by Pacific Seacraft in their California factory, and she is the LOW MAINTENANCE VERSION - with stainless steel instead of teak on the cap rail, grab rails and portlight eyebrows. She has just had full engine maintenance, tender davits installed, all sails inspected and cleaned, a new UV cover on the genoa, a new dripless shaft seal, new cutlass bearing and fresh bottom paint. She is in outstanding condition.
