JOINT CUSTODY is a well-maintained 1988 PACE Sportfish with numerous upgrades and custom alterations. Built on the Egg Harbor molds, the 40' PACE is well-built and elegantly appointed for classic appeal. Powered by twin 3208 CATs and offering easy maneuverability with a new bow thruster, handling and driving are a pleasure. Starboard engine rebuilt in 2021 and major tuning on the Port engine so both run like new. Outriggers, deck sink, live well, tackle storage, washdowns and rod holders are ready for the anglers. New flybridge canvas, carpet, and outside refrigerator. Extras include solid fiberglass toe rail, aluminum railings and double electronics.
Cabin layout offers two staterooms, galley up. Salon has sofa, upholstered chairs, counter and seating. Galley is to port. The master stateroom with a double berth to port, reading lights, opening hatch with screen, mirrored hanging locker, TV and storage lockers.
A separate stateroom has twin bunks with under bunk drawers and a hanging closet. The head and separate shower are to starboard. Rich teak trim throughout the interior with Corian counters and new carpet.
