The owner is ready to sell due to life change event. It's time to sell the boat. A low hour boat that the owner did an incredible amount of updating and customizing. What the boat needs is a new owner who can make the boat what it has the potential to be.
From the spacious teak decked cockpit the boat is entered through the starboard side salon door into the large split level salon, galley dinette area. The interior finishes are tones of cream and beiges with a satin gloss natural maple paneling and cabinetry. The plush L-shaped settee to port The 50" LED TV with Bose Surround Sound System is flush mounted to starboard. Directly across is the elegant spiral staircase on the port side just aft of the galley that leads to the enclosed bridge deck. There are Levelor Blinds in the salon with solid and pattern valences. All LED lighting updated throughout the vessel. Continuing forward in the salon and up one step is the cut-down, fully equipped galley to port and comfortable dinette area to starboard. Corian countertops, European fixtures, high quality appliances and generous storage make this galley both practical and enjoyable to use. The U-shaped dinette is a great gathering spot for meals or just casual conversation. The Galley has been updated with matching Summit Stainless Steel Refrigerator/Freezers and a Summit Stainless Steel Trash Compactor. In addition to the Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave and a 3 burner glass cooktop. Continuing forward and down the staircase to the lower companionway all the staterooms are accessed off this central corridor. To Port are updated stacked Blomberg Washer and Dryer. Aprilaire Dehumidification system installed
You will be hard pressed to find another 60' Convertible with a stateroom of this proportion. As you proceed down the staircase from the Salon you turn aft to enter the master stateroom which is full beam and has a Queen berth and 2 built in end tables with 3 drawers each. The master stateroom has more than ample storage for any couple. There are 3 large Cedar lined hanging lockers. Forward to Port is a make up vanity with 9 drawers and 2 hanging cabinets as well as the cabinet for the TV. The master stateroom also has an ensuite head with a larger shower.
The VIP stateroom is forward with an en suite head. This stateroom features an athwartship walk-around queen bed with 2 built in end tables with 2 drawers each. Above the bed there are 4 deep hanging cabinets for addition storage, To Starboard is the entertainment system with 2 full length Cedar lined lockers and 2 small drawers and a 2 door cabinet below. Forward is the ensuite head with a shower stall in the forepeak. Third stateroom is to port and includes twin beds, entertainment system and easy access to day head.
The port guest stateroom offers two single berths. There a cedar-lined hanging locker with 4 hanging storage cabinets and 4 drawers at the base of each bunk. To port the is a built in vanity/desk with 3 drawers and a small center drawer. color TV / VCR combo, 2 large open storage boxes on each side of the TV and a nightstand with cabinet between the bunks. Across the companion way is the share 3rd head and separate shower stall with sink and vanity that is shared with the Captain's 4th stateroom
The crew stateroom features a comfortable bunk, cedar-lined hanging locker, and clothes drawers. In lieu of the standard fourth stateroom, an owner may elect to have a laundry room with washer, dryer, and work table.
