Panacea III is a 1989 48' Ocean Alexander sundeck motoryacht. She offers twin Caterpillar 3208 375 HP main engines, Westerbeke 12.5 kW generator, two Purasan blackwater treatment systems, huge sundeck, full-beam master stateroom aft, enclosed shower in each stateroom head and a lower helm with side deck access door. This fresh water boat is docked under cover and is Great Loop capable.
The the hardtop covered sundeck, you can walk out to either side deck via a wing door on each side, step up four stairs to the hardtop covered flybridge or step down the companionway into the salon. Once inside the salon, you will find the companionway to the full-beam master stateroom aft, storage cabinetry starboard aft, lower helm with side deck access door starboard forward, entertainment center/cabinetry port forward and seating to port and aft with a cocktail table to port. Walk forward and step down two stairs to find the galley to port and dinette to starboard and guest stateroom with single size berths and an ensuite head and enclosed shower forward. Engine room access is via lifting the galley-dinette stairs and salon sole hatches.
The headroom in the salon is 6'7", 6'5" in the guest stateroom, 6'4" in the guest stateroom shower, 6'6" in the dinette, 7'8" in the galley, 6'3" in the master stateroom, 6'2" in the master stateroom shower and 6'2" on the aftdeck. The master stateroom berth is 6'6" long, the guest stateroom port berth is 6'9" long and the guest stateroom berth is 6'5" long.
The height above the waterline to the top of the anchor light is 18'4" and 15' to the top of the flybridge hardtop with the arch lowered.
Panacea III offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen size berth and an ensuite head with enclosed shower; and a guest stateroom forward with a single size berth on each side an an ensuite head with an enclosed shower.
The salon offers a teak parquet sole, sofa to port and aft, coffee table, 2 ottomans with storage, storage cabinets and drawers, opening side windows with screens, blinds and curtains, side deck access door starboard forward and a TCL flat screen Roku TV.
The down galley is port forward of the salon and across from the dinette.
