Delivered new in March of 2008, this is the last of the 58'S Built in Taiwan before the production was moved to China. Her fit and finish are outstanding and she has all of her "New Boat" bugs sorted out. She has several important upgrades only found on much larger models including power operated pilothouse doors and the "Octoplex" electrical management system. She also boasts the molded stairwell from the cockpit,as well as the extended flybridge boat deck as found on all of the newer models.
"OASIS" also features a beautiful satin finished Afrimosia and Burlwood upgraded luxury interior, a state of the art electronics and communication package featuring Wi-Fi, Sat TV, DVR, and Satphone. Her hydraulic package includes proportional bow and stern thrusters, windlass and 2000# davit. She has twin generators, Key Power stabilizers and the best-in-class layout that has made this 58 the smart choice among her limited competition. This Ed Monk design has been steadily improved and perfected over her now 15 years of production, and with over 150 of these models built she now truly stands apart from any others. (Considering her 4 foot draft and 19 Knot cruise at only 50 GPH, perhaps there is no real competition).
An ideal cruising yacht, "Oasis" is easily handled by two, has elegant guest accomodations and will not disappoint under the most critical of examinations. This vessel has recently completed full mechanical servicing. New wax and varnish in October 2010.
