The project was 90% completed in 2004, the yacht launched and tested. Due to a change in plans, work was suspended. The yacht has been in storage since that time. All exterior work is complete, all mechanical and electrical work is complete. The salon and galley are complete. The owner's cabin and two guest cabins, as well as the two heads are completed, with the exception of cabin sole and soft good furnishings.
With 25 hours on otherwise new Mann diesels and less on the genset, Maggie R represents a very good value for an experienced and capable new owner.
