As you enter the cockpit you will note the cockpit area is roomy and easy to move around. Aft, both to port and starboard are 2 propane lockers each holding a 4-1/2 lb. bottles.  One bottle is dedicated to the galley and the other is dedicated to the transom mounted BBQ.  In the seating are to starboard there is a shallow depth locker great for storing charts, lines and any other quick access items.  To port, you will find a cavernous lazarette suitable for storing extra sails, gear and plenty of room to add a generator.  The helm comes complete with a large cockpit table large enough for 4 to comfortably eat, a Ritchie Binnacle mounted SP-5, mounted Autohelm 4000 Autopilot control, and a Raymarine A65 Chartplotter/depth machine.  The cockpit features a full Bimini/dodger with clean isinglass both forward on the dodger and a complete camper enclosure; all Isinglass is in excellent condition with no clouding.  As you walk forward on deck, you will note that there are wide walkways making movement on deck easy and safe even underway with the double lifelines with gate access.

As you enter the cabin area through the wide companionway you will note to port a large "U" shaped galley.  The galley is very well equipped with a 2 burner propane stove w/oven, a double stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water (6 gal. water heater) and manual sea and fresh water pumps.  The galley features 2 insulated boxes; one being the refrigerated and the other being an ice box, combined giving you 8c.f. of cold storage.  The galley features many storage lockers and drawers to make galley use easy, safe and organized, even underway.

To Starboard of the galley is a large quarterberth and nav. Station.  Under the berth you will find additional storage and a large sound shielded access panel to the engine compartment giving you easy access to valves and engine components. The nav. station features 2 drawers, chart storage and room for additional navigation equipment.  The Standard Horizon VHF is located on the bulkhead and features a remote mic at the helm station.

Forward of the Galley is a large well lit and well ventilated salon area making this boat bright, airy and comfortable.  To port is an "L" shaped Settee that quickly converts into a double bed and features plenty of storage under and shelves above. Down the center line there is a double folding table with storage/bar bins and two folding table leafs for dining and entertaining.  Across to starboard is a long settee featuring more storage under and shelves above.

Engine hours are unknown as the boat did not come with an hour meter however, the boat is a great lakes boat that had only a 3 -4 month sailing season. It was moved from Canada to Florida in late 2011.  It is reported that the original owner used it very seldom and the present owner, being a purist sailor, uses the engine very little.  The engine runs very well and has been properly maintained.
