Originally built by the renowned Nordlund Boat Company, this 74' custom motor yacht has undergone an extensive recent refit at Nordlund Shipyard that substantially modernized the vessel inside and out. Major upgrades include new engines and transmissions, a refreshed engine room, new electronics, full paint work, and a beautifully updated interior. Owner’s Stateroom and two guest staterooms. The VIP stateroom is forward with a pedestal queen berth, and the second guest stateroom offers twin berths. Both staterooms share a bath with a wall shower.
The pilothouse features twin helm chairs and a nice seating area with table. Updated electronics at all drive stations.
Teak deck laid 2026. An electric Gagganau barbecue and a dual burner electric Gagganau cooktop is located on the port side. Beverage coolers built into the storage cabinets and plenty of countertop space. A recessed live well is located on the platform under a teak hatch. Hidden away on the starboard side is a handy shower wand Cockpit refer is subzero with ice maker and small frozen storage area.
The owner’s stateroom is midship, full beam and is equipped with a king-size berth and ensuite bath. Lacewood cabinetry with a hidden flatscreen TV inside. As you walk aft another door opens to a control room with main breaker panels, wash/dryer, stand-up freezer and engine room access.
As you walk up the staircase from the pilothouse you reach the intuitively arranged flybridge. There are two helm chairs, all new electronics, L-shaped settee with table and a 2026 Bimini top. A customized cabinet features a Kamado Joe Smoker and charcoal grill on slides and a beverage cooler. There are four teak lounge chairs, a steelhead davit and a 14ft 2023 Highfield dinghy with a 70HP outboard with 20 hours. A docking station or fish fighting station is located aft of the flybridge and outriggers for the die-hard fisherman.
The U-shaped galley to starboard is open to both the main salon and pilothouse. The open interior allows for more people to interact in an informal manner with less barriers on the main deck so guests can appreciate being part of the activity in the wheelhouse while preparing food or relaxing in the main salon. All appliances have been updated, and cabinets and countertops refinished.
