Strong Build Quality: Known for its robust construction, the Nonsuch 36 was built to withstand various marine conditions, ensuring durability and longevity for years of sailing adventures.

Cons

Limited Speed: While the Nonsuch 36 is stable and easy to handle, it may not be as fast as other performance-oriented sailboats, which could be a consideration for those seeking high-speed racing capabilities.

Single Sail Configuration: While the single sail system is user-friendly, it may not appeal to sailors who prefer the versatility offered by multiple sails for fine-tuning performance in different sailing conditions.

Draft Depth: The boat has a relatively deep draft, which could limit accessibility to shallow waters and some docking areas.

Niche Appeal: The catboat design may not appeal to all sailors, which could affect resale potential or limit the audience when looking to sell.

Age Considerations: Being a 1984 model, potential buyers should be mindful of maintenance needs or possible upgrades to ensure the boat remains in peak condition.

Limited Headroom: While the spaciousness is beneficial, the boat may have some limitations in headroom compared to other monohulls, which could be a concern for taller individuals.
