The most efficient cruising speed was found at 4,000 rpm, where the boat maintained 39.9 mph while burning 9 gallons per hour, extending the range to 219 miles. Weighing 3,243 pounds, the Z21 is heavier than some competitors, but this added weight enhances stability and ride quality in choppy conditions and wakes.
