A very clean and well-kept boat, only sailed in the fresh Lake Ontario waters. One of the more meticulous owners that weve known who kept to a regular maintenance cycle. Stored with a winter cover; washed and waxed regularly and it shows. The teak has been oiled and deck is clean. Sails and electronics have been upgraded as have interior cushions and canvas. Hinterhoeller and Frers joined forces to build this very nice sailing 31 footer, perfect for a couple or small family. The interior is well laid out, comfortable and plenty of storage.
