This Charlie Morgan design is easy to single-hand sail! The boat has only been in saltwater for a year now, it was sailed down from Arkansas.

Down below has plenty of space for the crew to sleep. The galley is to starboard.

The seller has a full set of sails, age unknown, but in serviceable condition. The bottom was hauled and painted in October of 2022. The seller was oufitting the boat to sail to the Caribbean.

The Volvo Penta engine is 10 HP and runs well.
