This boat has everything a boater could be looking for. The size of this boat is both practical and somewhat innovative interior layout. Built on a 10' beam, the floorplan differs from most other cruisers of her type in that the forward dinette seat extends fully across the cabin to the galley creating a more sociable seating arrangement. An athwartships double berth is at the bow and the midcabin lounge aft has facing bench seat that converts into a second double berth. ( Note that the dinette can also be converted into a berth for a couple of kids.) The cockpit has an aft-facing seat behind the double wide helm, a wet bar with storage to port and a removable rear lounge seat. A transom door opens to a big swim platform and dock line and fenders can be stored in a transom box. Additional features include a walk thru windshield, a foredeck sunpad and excellent storage. This is a well finished boat, with twin Volvo 5.0L engines with only 220 hours. Included is a 5KW Westerbeke generator, air\heat, TV/VCR combo, Stereo, and a transom shower with hot and cold water. This a must see boat!! No Trailer.
