General Arrangement
Mikelson and Tom Fexas have put a lot of boat in 59 feet and she has multiple personalities! She is luxurious enough to cruise in stabilized comfort with pampered guests, or get your bait and lines in the water and raise the excitement and the fish in the enormous cockpit with every item of gear you might want readily at hand! Travel at hull speed for longer passages and get 1 mpg and near 2000 mi range, or kick it up to as high as 17-18 knots to get to the fish fast! The boat is a pilothouse motoryacht with open flybridge and custom Bimini top. She has 3 cabins and two heads below in guest accommodations , plus crew quarters  aft. Esperanza has the very desirable "Open Salon" option which brings the cockpit, the lanai deck, and the whole outdoors into the salon by opening sliding glass door panels nearly full  beam wide. The salon has a comfortable L-shaped leather sofa w/ storage to port, large leather wrapped hassock w/ storage  that can move around, leather sofa w storage to starboard, new Duette blinds throughout, storage cabinetry, bar cabinet to starboard, large U-Line refer/icemaker, large Sony flact Screen TV w/ soundbar. Up four steps to the galley. The countertops have been updated with new modern white material/ Blanco sink basin and Kohler fixture. The Large U-shaped dinette to starboard surrounds a beautiful gloss teak table and is upholstered in leather seating surface and handsome fabric seatbacks. There is a U-shaped galley to port with plenty of under-counter cabinetry, large Fisher Paykel refer/freezer on bottom , Frigidaire Self Cleaning oven, induction cooktop, Frigidaire microwave oven. The lower helm station in the pilothouse is a pair of Stidd chairs flanked by new Furuno MFD electronic displays for radar/plotter/ Sonar/cameras, full engine instrumentation, opening pilothouse door to port. Down the starbord side companionway stairs to the landing. The master is amidships with ensuite head, the guest singles cabin and laundry is to port, the VIP with island queen bed is forward. These two guest cabins share the day head w stall shower to starboard. Back above to the lanai deck, up the gentle angle ladder/stairs to starboard to the boat deck where the RIB  sits on chocks next to the hydraulic davit. Up to the flybridge helm station with augmented new large Furuno MF display electronics. This is straddled by a stainless steel tower with observation bench. A custom Bimini top has been welded to this for shade over the helm and the large cushioned seating area. The Portuguese bridge has helm stations at both sides and is accessed thru the port side  pilothouse door or along either side deck. There is a gate to the foredeck on the centerline of the bridge. The foredeck has a Chaise lounge seating to starboard and bench seat to port. There is a large opening hatch to VIP cabin below. The windlass and equipment is below decks in its own locker keeping the deck clear of  trip hazards.
