"Chessel," (of the Chesapeake Bay) is a centerboard yawl with sweeping overhangs. She draws 4.2' with the centerboard up, for cruising the shallows, and 8.82' with the board down for serious offshore passages.
Chessel has been professionally maintained and is in beautiful condition. The nonskid on her deck has just been refinished, her canvas cleaned, and she is turn-key. Her design is well conceived, with ample storage, generous tankage, and an 8 foot centerboard keel and attached rudder with prop in aperture.
