2007 Meridian 459 Motoryacht Sold Boat in Fort Myers, FL US

UPPER AND LOWER DECK.
The 459 Meridian is a large motor yacht with an integrated swim platform with a storage box transom door, access door to the Glendenning and transom shower. In the cockpit are port and starboard molded boarding steps that also act as storage for lines and fenders. Access to the lazarette, Onan generator in a sound shield, batteries and stern thruster are through the cockpit sole. You can also slide the patio style doors open and walk into the aft master stateroom from the cockpit. You walk up some molded step to the aft deck. The aft deck is covered with a fiberglass hardtop, you will see that there is an aft seat with a table, wing door son either side of the aft deck there is also a wet bar with an ice maker, sink and storage.
At the upper bridge is an L-shape seat on the starboard side and on the opposite side of the bridge is a Norcold fridge with a jump seat in front of it . The Captain seat is a bucket style seat. At the helm is a tilt wheel, clean controls and throttles, the wood veneer dash is in good condition and so are the rocker switches and gauges. For electronics we have a Northstar 6000I a Northstar pilot and a Raymarine depth and a Horizon VHF and Danforth compass. The 459 also has the docking on command. This area is covered with a canvas top and all the eisenglass is in good condition. She has a good walk around, there are sun pads for the bow area. At the bow is a Lewmar windlass, foot controls and bow light.

MASTER STATEROOM
Mater Stateroom has the sliding patio doors so you can step in and out of the cockpit into the stateroom. The room has decent storage, with cupboards and pull out drawers. The head and the shower are split with a vanity and sink in the middle both the shower and the head have solid privacy doors. The owners stateroom also has a solid door. The room has speakers, cabin lights, A/C panel and carpet through out.

SALON
The salon is roomy and bright thanks to the large windows. The Cherry veneer finish looks good and the carpet look good. On the port side in the salon is a triple wide sofa, two of the seats convert into a bed and the other is a Lazyboy. The electrical panel is on the aft bulkhead next to the TV and Samsung DVD. There are two salon air conditioning panels and on the starboard side in the salon is another small sofa with storage under it and a salon table.

GALLEY AND DAY HEAD
The galley has a wooden Teak and Holy veneer sole with storage under it. In the galley is a sink a three burner cooktop an oven along with a Norcold fridge freezer and a Tappan convection oven. The two steps that lead down to the galley can be lifted and you then have access to the Splendide washer dryer combo. Opposite the galley is a day head with stall shower with a solid privacy door.

FORWARD STATEROOM
This guest room has an inline bed with storage under it, it also has solid door, a TV, stereo, closets and A/C panel. This room also has door that leads into the day head which can be locked, so guest cannot wonder from the day head into the stateroom
