The name "Samba Pa Ti" which translate from Spanish as "Samba For You" was composed by Carlos Santana and released in 1973. He once described it as the first song he composed where he truly felt he could express his feelings without words, a song from the heart, much like the feeling one while making an early morning crossing to Catalina!
