this boat is a very nice and well kept 31 maxum. it is owned by only owner. she is powered by the 260hp mpi mercury engines with bravo 3 outdrives. there are only 280 hours on her since new. her risers and manifolds were done in 2016. the boat has the following features; air and heat, windlass, spotlight, camper canvas, Raytheon rl70 chart plotter, Raytheon vhf radio, digital in dash depth finder, ckpt cooler, ckpt sink, walk through windshield, trim tabs. SHE HAS THE 3100 SE INTERIOR. her interior is beautifully appointed and in fantastic condition. there is a full galley with fridge/sink/micro/rangetop and plenty of storage. there is an enclosed head and shower as well, and an aft cabin that will sleep 2.
