CONSTRUCTION
- Hull and deck built utilizing female molds with vacuum bagged epoxy resin E-glass biaxial and PVC foam core laminations.
- Longitudinal and transversal reinforcements constructed with carbon unidirectional and E-glass biaxial pre-preg material laminated to the hull with epoxy resin.
- Keel carbon structure supports a lead bulb and is fixed to the hull by a composite cone-shaped box allowing easy disassembly, transportation, and reassembly without faring.
FINISHES
- Exterior hull and deck is finished with Awlgrip paint (AUDI "suzuka" GREY) for a rugged, long lasting, low maintenance finish.
- Interior hull, deck and bilge are painted white.
