This 2024 MasterCraft NXT22 was part of our premium rental fleet on Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia, for the summer season. It has only ever been used in freshwater and has been professionally maintained to the highest standards by our certified MasterCraft technicians-we're an authorized MasterCraft dealer, and all service has followed factory-recommended intervals.
Our MasterCraft rentals are limited to experienced, licensed boaters for a minimum of three-day periods. These boats rent for over $1,000 per day and are treated with exceptional care. We rotate our fleet annually-offering gently used, meticulously maintained boats at the end of each season at below dealer cost.
This particular NXT22 is unique:
While the boat itself has 200 hours, it received a brand-new Ilmor engine just 20 hours ago. Late last summer, the original engine overheated due to a water intake blockage. Following MasterCraft's recommendation, the engine was replaced entirely with a new factory Ilmor. The break-in service has already been completed, giving you peace of mind and essentially a fresh powertrain.
Please note that due to its use in a commercial rental fleet, this boat does not include a transferable factory warranty. However, we've run this program for five years and have had zero reports of significant issues from buyers of our previously rented MasterCrafts.

Handling characteristics were agile and responsive, with smooth transitions through gradual and tight turns, no noticeable slippage, and excellent helm feedback. The 3.5 turns lock-to-lock steering and 12-inch rudder contribute to precise control. The pickle-fork bow design aids in cutting through wakes with minimal hull shock, maintaining a calm ride for passengers.
