This MasterFab houseboat was built in 1982, constructed of steel pontoons and solid steel foundation, with a wood structure. The pontoons are painted with Coal Cat Marine coating.
There are five baffles in each pontoon, so if part of the pontoon is compromised, only that baffle will potentially fill with water.
It has two sleeping areas. The main salon includes a corner couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed. The aft stateroom has a queen-size bed and a twin berth (that needs a mattress).
Powered by an OMC 4-cylinder engine, this boat cruises at about 8 mph. It has three batteries. There is a Kohler 5kw generator that needs repair.
Cabinet doors are not installed. Removed by the seller, they are stored nearby and can be reinstalled.
There are two marine heads, full size showers with vanities.
