Broker's Remarks
This is a great live a board. The current owner has installed a Wabasco diesel heater and the boat has 2 zone Cruiseair reverse cycle air conditioning. The aft deck is enclosed giving the boat another salon. The owner has moved ashore and its time for someone else to enjoy the comforts of HAT TRICK. She's in Newport for the winter...Call for an appointment to view.
