2020 Manitou AURORA 23 LE Boat in Ashland, VA 23005 US

2020 MANITOU AURORA LE 23 VP - SUZUKI 140 - 187 HOURS - TRAILER INCLUDED

If you are looking for a lot of pontoon for the money and don't mind some cosmetic upholstery wear, this 2020 Manitou Aurora LE 23 VP deserves a look.

Powered by a Suzuki 140 HP four-stroke with only 187 hours, this Manitou is mechanically sound and includes a tandem-axle Load Rite trailer. The boat has the Manitou VP performance pontoon configuration, a spacious layout rated for up to 12 passengers, Garmin electronics, a large Bimini top and attractive wood-look flooring.

The value story on this boat is straightforward: the upholstery shows significant sun/weather-related cosmetic deterioration in several areas. Rather than replacing the upholstery and building that expense into the selling price, we are offering the boat with the condition clearly disclosed and pricing it accordingly. For a buyer who cares more about getting a mechanically sound Manitou with a Suzuki 140 and trailer than having perfect upholstery, this represents an opportunity to buy a lot of boat for the money.

CONDITION & VALUE

Mechanically, this boat is sound. Cosmetically, the upholstery is the primary issue and the photos tell the story well. There is visible fading, weathering and deterioration to portions of the seating surfaces. The flooring, exterior fencing and pontoons present considerably better.

We have priced the boat to reflect the upholstery challenges rather than presenting it as a cosmetically perfect retail boat. This could be an especially good fit for someone who wants to use it as-is, have the upholstery professionally restored over time, or simply wants a 23-foot Manitou/Suzuki/trailer package without paying the premium commanded by a cosmetically pristine example.
