Cons
Storage Space: While the AURORA 220 has decent storage, some users may find it limited for larger groups or extended trips. Careful packing and organization are necessary to maximize space efficiency.
Weight and Trailers: The tri-toon design adds weight compared to traditional pontoons, which may require a heavy-duty trailer for transport. This could be a consideration for those who plan to tow frequently.
Initial Cost: The purchase price of a 2012 model may be on the higher side for some buyers, particularly when investing in higher-end features or engine options. This might limit options for budget-conscious consumers.
Maintenance Needs: Like any boat, the AURORA 220 requires routine maintenance and care. Some users may find maintaining the upholstery and ensuring performance components are in good shape to be a bit demanding.
Limited Off-Shore Capabilities: While excellent for lakes and calm waters, the AURORA 220 may not be the best option for rougher, oceanic conditions. It's designed primarily as a recreational boat for protected waters.
