The 2023 Malibu 23 LSV is honestly one of the best all-around wake boats Malibu has ever built. The 23 LSV has been Malibu's flagship crossover wake boat for years because it does such a good job balancing interior space, ride quality, surf performance, wakeboarding capability, and overall usability. The boat has a ton of room inside without feeling overly massive on the water. The pickle fork bow carries the width farther forward, so the seating up front is actually usable for adults, and the overall layout works really well for larger crews and long days on the water. From a surf and wake standpoint, the 23 LSV is excellent. Between Surf Gate, the Power Wedge III, the updated hull design, and the HI FLO ballast system, the boat throws a very long, clean wave with a ton of push and adjustability. It is one of those boats that works equally well for newer riders and advanced riders because you can really tune the wave to what you want. This boat is powered by the Malibu Monsoon engine platform with the upgraded 170 amp alternator, which is a huge plus with today's stereo systems and accessories. Smooth power delivery, excellent torque, and a very refined driving experience overall.
