The entire deck cap is new fiberglass and includes a casting deck and storage hatch. The hull itself was repainted off-white. New to the boat in 2010 was a Yamaha F115 (currently has 196 hours) and replacement of all old parts including trim tabs, all bow eyes and thru hulls, rub rail, helm, steering cylinder, navigation lights, courtesy lights, bilge pump, back up bilge pump and all wiring. If you are looking for a classic 17 Mako, this one is ready to go.
It has been 15 years since the refit and the boat appears to be solid. There is some paint chipping in the radius between the floor and gunwale but the boat is in good shape overall.
