Powered by twin closed cooling Marine Power fuel injected 454 gas V-drive engines with just over 1,000 hours of use in fresh water. Marine AC/Heating system all in good order. Interior carpet was replaced recently with custom vinyl flooring. Westerbeke generator with 823 hours that runs perfectly. Gelcoat in excellent condition. Includes full flybridge enclosure.

Wide molded fiberglass steps replace the standard ladders on the 40, offering safety and comfort. Bridge walk-throughs along with oversize handrails and raised toe rails add to safety. A spacious salon, workable galley, easy to maintain heads and truly comfortable staterooms are incorporated to provide good flow and the most usable space afloat.
