  • Harding all 316 stainless steel sea water pumps and Harding swirl away strainers and circulating pump , stainless steel crossovers and thermostat housings.

Deck
  • Full cover
  • Cockpit cover
  • Boat was totally disassembled, removed all bulkheads, deck cap , transom floor, ect.
  • Reconstructed and modified deck cap and totally recored, installed new transom.
  • Floor is all new with full height herringbone type support system between stringers,bilge bottom and floor bottom
  • Fuel tank compartment are all reinforced with layers of Kevlar, bilge in that area is isolated from water with bulkhead to bulkhead PVC piping under the new ceramic coated fuel tanks with 1/2" fuel line throughout.
  • The aft stringer system totally re-engineered for strenght and high X dimensios an 34" centerlines with Mercury solid off sure mounts creating another bulkhead under motors.
  • Bulkheads all new with one extra bulkhead up by bow area
  • Aft bulkhead increased in size to 3/4" and all bulheads glassed in full circumference.
  • The hull was turned upside down extended inner strake approimately 18". Bottom blueprinted and all strakes knife edged. 
  • Entire hull faired and re-gelled. the entire deck cap gel coated, hull righted, deck installed and glassed to hull full circumference plus deck to bulkheads, ect.
  • Hull sides painted with Polyester Urethane, Hugger Orange and entire deck cap in Snow White for ease of maintenance.
  • Wiring is 100% new and done with Anchor Marine grade tinned fine strand wiring.
  • All Livorsi instrumentation along with zero effort controls. Mechanical trim and tab indicator panel by Livorsi Kiekhaefer 280 Trim Tabs and pumps.
  • All new Taco rub rail with stainless steel bang strip.
Trailer
  • 2012 Continental 12,000 lb torsion axle 16" wheels and tires.
  • Hubs, bearings, seals rotors, calipers, pads, LED lighting and wiring all new plus new actuater.
