MacKenzie only built 20 of their 30ââ?¬â?¢ modelââ?¬Â¦and I would submit that this survivor is the best one. Thatââ?¬â?¢s thanks to the knowledge, skill and efforts by this owner. Youââ?¬â?¢ve heard the expression, ââ?¬Å?It was a labor of loveââ?¬ï¿½Ã¢â?¬Â¦well this owner proved it. Aimee Beth underwent a six-year restoration and the attention to detail was unbelievable. I know because I watched it. Planks were carefully replaced, the transom was rebuilt, the bottom was completely replaced an all-new cockpit sole installed, custom features were incorporated such as the creation of a proper radar mast, the nifty two-part motor box.
