MacKenzie only built 20 of their 30’ model…and I would submit that this survivor is the best one. That’s thanks to the knowledge, skill and efforts by this owner. You’ve heard the expression, “It was a labor of love” …well this owner proved it. Aimee Beth underwent a six-year restoration and the attention to detail was unbelievable. I know because I watched it. Planks were carefully replaced, the transom was rebuilt, the bottom was completely replaced an all-new cockpit sole installed, custom features were incorporated such as the creation of a proper radar mast, the nifty two-part motor box.
