2005 MACGREGOR 26M! WELL-EQUIPPED AND READY TO HIT THE WATER! TRAILER INCLUDED!
This two-owner sailboat has been well loved. The seller purchased her in 2010 and has sailed her regularly.
This Macgregor is set up to be sailed by a single-handed sailor. The seller has sailed her single for many years and can take her mast down alone.
She is comfortable down below and can sleep 5 or 6 comfortably. There is a head and a foot pump sink to accommodate overnight trips.
As a sailer, the Macgregor's hull speed is about 7 kts. Its rudders and/or motor are steered from a wheel on a pedestal in the cockpit. Its water ballast is about 1200 lbs and is filled for sailing or drained for fast motoring or trailering. The motor is a 2005 Tohatsu TLDI 70B. With all sailing rig stored and water ballast drained it drives the boat for cruising at 6-16 kts. Top speed is about 25 kts. 24 gallons of fuel storage.
