The 2018 Lund Predator is a new utility mod-v boat designed specifically for avid outdoors enthusiasts who love to work hard and play even harder. Available in tiller, side-console (SS) and center-console (CC) configurations, both anglers and hunters will have plenty of options when it comes to selecting the boat that perfectly matches their many needs.

The Predator’s wood-free, all-welded mod-v hull design is comfortable in skinny, shallow water and open water alike. This boat gets on plane quickly and efficiently to avoid common underwater hazards, and handles beautifully in big water as well. Outdoorsmen will also be able to keep their valuable gear safe thanks to the impressively smooth and dry ride.

Whether you’re probing offshore rock piles for smallmouth bass or slithering through the backwaters in search of your next waterfowl hunting hotspot, you’re sure to find a color scheme that works for you. Each model in the Predator line-up is available in four great-looking color options: Green, tan, Mossy Oak Shadow Grass and Mossy Oak Breakup.

The Predator Tiller is an excellent multi-use option and is available in 1660, 1760, 1870 and 2070 sizes. Boaters will enjoy a spacious bow layout complete with a livewell to keep both your catch and bait in peak condition. An optional rod or gun locker stores your gear safely and protects it from both moisture and surface damage. With port rod storage, a standard boarding ladder and a multi-base seat pedestal option for the 1870 and 2070 models, there is a versatile model that will get the job done on many fronts.

The Predator SS is our side-steering or side-console model and is available in 1760, 1870 and 2070 sizes. The face of the console delivers essential features such as a tachometer, fuel gauges and a switch panel with the ever-important master power option. Fold-down seating with a bench seat option offers ample under-seat storage space for life jackets and outerwear for unexpected changes in weather. The large front deck has two large storage compartments complete with bow livewell and port rod storage. The Predator SS is also available with optional rear dog steps, or sponson pads, that makes for easy boarding of our four-legged hunting buddies and increases buoyancy and stability.

The Predator CC is our center-console model and is available in the larger 1870 and 2070 sizes. The center console comes standard with a windscreen and grab rail that come in handy when making abrupt maneuvers or hard corners. A sturdy leaning post makes for comfortable driving at all speeds and the front under-seat storage is extremely generous, with plenty of room for large tackle bags or hunting accessories. Anglers may also opt for the optional console rod holder, which conveniently stores fishing rods out of the way and keeps them safe and free of broken tips.

Each model comes standard with a non-skid floor and gunnel liner, facilitating safe on-board maneuvering in the toughest elements. After a successful day in the field, a quick spray down will eliminate messes and keep your boat looking brand new for years to come.
