2027 Lund 185 HG Boat in Milledgeville, GA 31061 US

Meet the 2027 Lund 185 Heavy Gauge in a head-turning finish-a new boat that looks ready to chase sunrise on the water before you've even unhooked the trailer. Built as a Heavy Gauge-style fishing rig with a fiberglass hull, this 18.4-foot (5.6 m) platform strikes a sweet spot: big enough to feel confident when the wind kicks up, yet sized to stay nimble when you're working shorelines or easing into your favorite spots.

At 221 inches long with a wide 96-inch (2.4 m) beam, it brings a stable stance that feels reassuring when anglers move around, net a fish, or shift positions to follow a bite. With room for up to six passengers, it's just as happy hosting a full crew as it is serving as your quiet, focused fishing getaway.

Power comes via an outboard setup with propeller propulsion, and it's rated for up to 150 bhp (111.9 kW)-plenty of potential for quick runs between locations and confident throttle response when you need to cover water. Add in a generous 50-gallon (189.3 L) fuel capacity, and you've got the range to make a full day of it without constantly thinking about the next fill-up.

Fishing comfort and practicality are baked in, too. The helm uses a chair seating configuration, and when the day heats up, the Bimini top is there to take the edge off the sun so you can stay on the hunt longer. Up front, a single fishing pedestal chair gives you a dedicated perch for casting, working a jig, or simply staying poised for the next strike. And when you do connect, there's 28 gallons (106 L) of total fishbox capacity ready to keep your catch secured.

With a 25-inch (635 mm) transom height and a solid 1,975 lb (895.9 kg) dry weight, this Lund feels planted and purposeful-an easygoing blend of stability, fishability, and adventure. And in , it doesn't just show up at the ramp-it announces itself.
