The Luhrs/Hunter Alura 35 is Downeast styled express sportfishing boat with a roomy cockpit and comfortable cruising accommodations. She rides on a conventional modified-V hull with a wide beam and a shallow keel for increased directional stability. There's lots of fishing room in her spacious cockpit, and the mid-cabin interior sleeps four. The galley is complete with an electric/alcohol stove, pressure hot and cold water, Corian counters and refrigerator, and the enclosed head includes a sink and shower. A teak-and-holly cabin sole adds a touch of luxury, and cabin headroom is about 6 feet, 4 inches. The 35's large bi-level cockpit is deep and well suited to the demands of anglers as well as weekend cruisers. A tackle center is behind the helm seat, a swim platform was standard, and foredeck access is easy thanks to the wide side decks.
"JEWFISH" is powered by twin Cummins 6BT5.9M Diesel engines with 210hp each.

The interior of this 35' Luhrs Alura is highlighted by two separate sleeping areas. The forward sleeping area doubles as a convertible dinette/settee. During the day the cabin feels very open and spacious due to this configuration. The dinette is readily converted to a generous double bed. The mid-cabin master stateroom also boasts a generous double bed.
The galley is located on the starboard side and is fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals. The private enclosed bathroom is opposite to port followed by entry to the mid cabin stateroom. The cabin boasts an impressive 6' 3" headroom, teak & holly cabin sole with loose laid carpeting for protection, and Corian counters.
The cockpit helm area is three steps up from the cabin area. The captain's helm is on the starboard side and is properly equipped with navigational instruments.
The cockpit is a fisherman's delight. The cockpit is large and deep-well and comes with built-in fish boxes and a tackle center. The engine compartment is accessed through two large opening hatches via the split level design of the cockpit/helm area.
She sleeps four persons comfortably in two sleeping areas. The forward area has a dinette/settee which sleeps two persons when converted to a double berth. The midship stateroom comfortably sleeps two persons on a double berth.
