YEP! NEW TO THE MARKET...A clean and great low hour vessel...From a company whose name is generally associated with well designed vessels, the introduction of the Luhrs 3400 Motor Yacht in 1990 was something of a surprise as it can be used as a pleasure boat with a private stateroom. She is an affordably priced boat with a long list of standard equipment, and the ride delivered by her low-deadrise, modified-V hull is comfortable ride for all inland waters. Luhrs engineers gave the 3400 MY a surprisingly spacious interior by keeping the cockpit smaller than most other models. The expansive, single-stateroom floorplan is arranged with a midlevel galley and dinette forward of the salon with a serving counter separating the salon from the dinette area. The head/bathroom has a well thought out design as the sink and toilet are to port and the shower is across the hallway giving well above average space. The flybridge, however, is huge for a 34-footer and includes a convenient walk-through to the foredeck so boarding the ladder to the bridge can also be done by walking the side decks and up the bow steps. She is upgraded with twin AC and heat units that cools the cabin superbly well in the hot summers. Super lows hours and has been a pond boat for most of her existence. This vessel is moored in a transferable 50' slip at Scorpion Bay on Lake Pleasant and is powered by twin direct drive Crusader 350's. Equipped with two stereos for cabin and decks. Loads of dockside boating entertainment, upgraded windlass, spotlight, functioning electronics, underwater and deck lighting. Call for an appointment to board your next flybridge! Dan @ 623/694/652I
