Design & ConstructionThe Luders-24 was developed in 1943 following the success of the Luders-16 class. Designed by A.E. Luders Jr. and built using advanced hot-molded laminated wood construction, the design offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and long-term structural integrity.
At 38' 3" overall, the Luders-24 draws from the International 6-Meter rule, with a narrow, easily driven hull and excellent balance across a wide range of conditions. Only 15 were built, with just a handful actively racing today.
