This boat has been very lightly used and reflects excellent construction and design. Only 303 original hours on the Volvo Diesel. Modern sloop rig with roller furling genoa and lines leading to the cockpit. The traditional lines belie her modern underbody. Spacious enough for 4 yet small enough to be manageable under all sailing conditions. 6' 4" bunks, 6' 2" headroom and 8' cockpit seating with high coamings make her a comfortable daysailer or safe offshore cruiser. Her mainsail and jib were new in 2007 and have 10 hours use. The interior and exterior cushions were also new in 2007 and have very little use.
This is a handsome and proven design of Chuck Paine, and was built by Loomis Yachts of South Dartmouth, MA. Approximately 12 of these hulls were built by Loomis and this was the last one they built. This Annie design is also being built now by Morris Yachts of Southwest Harbor, Maine.
She will need to have her exterior wood treated, but she is ready to sail away today. She may be had with the option of a slip at an upscale Rhode Island marina.....and keepin mind that vessels berthed in RI are not subject to sales or use tax.
