BIG LOU II would be an extremely versatile yacht for San Francisco Bay. Its size, cockpit layout, and displacement-style hull make it well suited for many local uses-from cruising the Bay to longer coastal trips.
The 47 Lien Hwa Cockpit Motor Yacht has a great layout with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment and living space, suitable for extended cruising or as a liveaboard. Boarding is from either the fiberglass swim platform with centerline transom door into the cockpit, or the starboard side deck and sliding door to the salon. Entering from the platform, the large cockpit features a hot/cold water sink as well as hot/cold shower washdown. Up a four rung stainless and teak wood ladder from the cockpit you access the large sundeck. The sundeck features a hardtop, teak inlay decking, teak and glass wing doors, newer full canvas and isinglass enclosure and a wet bar with refrigerator and icemaker. The bridge is accessed by three molded steps and also features newer canvas and isinglass full enclosure. Interior, the large master stateroom is aft with centerline queen size walk-around bed, lots of built-in cabinetry, hanging lockers and vanity area along with en suite head and a stall shower. The main salon is very roomy and features teak parquet flooring, an L-shaped sofa to starboard, as is the lower helm, and open seating to port. The fully equipped galley down to starboard and booth style in dinette to port. A guest stateroom and second head are forward.
