The 34 Legacy had a nice run for quite a few years starting in 1996. It is a quality Downeast cruiser with a great reputation for comfort and elegance. She is a Mark Ellis designed planning hull with a short keel for directional steering.
The boats layout is very versatile for someone who may want to fish or just that weekend cruiser. The cockpit is roomy enough for a few anglers or to set up a table for cocktails and lounging. The helm deck has ample seating for your guests. The captain and mate have nice visibility from the helm and companion seats.
Down a few steps you have a comfortable settee and table to starboard. The settee is covered in a traditional Navy Blue fabric. Opposite to port is a very well equipped galley. The two burner cook top will function with electricity or LP gas. The refrigerator will operate on either AC or DC power, a great feature for hanging on the hook. Forward is the bow state room. There is a large V-berth that converts with a filler to a huge berth for two. The plaid berth cover looks great with the contrasting wood and ties in the salon colors perfectly. . The woodwork below really looks sharp with the contrasting white Herishoff styling.
