Vessel Walkthrough
Miss Nicole is a beautiful looking and elegant yacht that is very functional and roomy for six guests in her three staterooms aft and two crews quarters forward (inside). The master stateroom and VIP staterooms are accessed through a stairwell in the main salon. The crews quarters forward have two staterooms and two private heads. This area could also be used for additional guests instead of crew. The master stateroom and two private guest suites are located about mid ship, below the salon and galley area, and all have private en-suite heads and showers. Miss Nicole is a very spacious boat with several areas to accompany a large group or select friends or family. The full walk around deck makes access to the entire boat very easy and allows for easy line handling and at night the lighting on Miss Nicole is sensational. Miss Nicole was built for her original long term owner with the use of lacquered white paneling and Birdseye Maple trim. The interior offers a bright, rich and honey toned European, elegant look throughout the boat, including the sky lounge. The entire vessel is nicely decorated and has beautiful sculptures off white carpet in the salon and a nice neutral Berber carpet throughout the rest of the boat.
Miss Nicole has the ever popular sky lounge fly bridge, made famous by Lazzara. This 80 Lazzara WASL has a striking raked back look and has easy staircase access to the bridge and the sky lounge has all the comforts of an exquisite salon, including amenities such as refrigeration, TVs and stereo along with an array of quality navigational equipment. The view from the sky lounge makes every outing very enjoyable and comfortable.
Outside and aft of the sky lounge door is the aft deck. This large and spacious area houses seating, two concealed hydraulic cranes, a BBQ grill, a sun pad, and a hatch cover for the stairwell to the lower deck.
The layout for Miss Nicole is as follows: A large cockpit is aft and can be a great area for access for water activities, fishing or just watching a sunset. Just above the cockpit on the next level is the aft deck and is a great place for a morning breakfast, evening happy hour or a nice dining experience alfresco. Through the heavy duty stainless salon doors is the main salon. The salon has two large sofas, lighting and a dining table for six. Amid ship in the salon is a stairwell down to the owners and guest staterooms. The master is aft with full king bed, plenty of windows and lighting, a walk-in closet, a full head with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The two VIP suites mirror each other in layout, port and starboard, and have queen beds, entertainment centers, TVs, drawers and en-suite heads. The day head is in the main salon forward to starboard just before the full galley. The galley floors are a nice light toned maple laminate and the country kitchen dinette is just forward in the galley area. There are two side sliding doors that go in the country kitchen area from the outside walk around decks. Forward of the country kitchen and down is typically used as crew area complete with two staterooms, two heads, washer/dryer and a desk.
