FRESH WATER FLORIDA LARSON 370, WILL NOT LAST LONG..........this Larson is in very good condition. Because of the fresh water exposure, the engine compartment looks new. The boat has recently had new foam floors and fridge/freezer installed. We can provide four years of maintenance logs, all the way down to light bulbs. Busy schedules keep her tied to the dock. 1. New Manifolds / Headers both engines in 2023.

2. New EVA foam flooring (MarineMat - Oldsmar, FL; includes warranty) on the entire boat which includes cockpit, swim platform and salon in 2022.

3. New Fridge in 2022.

4. New water / fuel separators with visual eyeglass and electronic moisture detection with alarm installed on both engines and generator in 2022.

5. All new batteries in 2023.

6. New engine raw water pumps in 2022.

7. New engine belts in 2023.

8. New sump pump for shower / front AC.

9. New sump pump for rear AC.

10. New sump pump for engine compartment.

11. New hydraulic pump for automated steering added in 2022. This pump is controlled with an android app for automatic pilot.

12. New dual RTK GPS installed in 2022. This provides 0.25 degree heading accuracy. It also provides 1 inch position accuracy. This is interfaced to an android app for automatic pilot. It allows controlling the boat from a remote location such as the bow or automated steering based on way points.

13. Computer display installed that interfaces MEFI 4 engine computers and monitors all engine conditions and alarms.

14. New oil pressure and water temperature sensors installed in 2023.

15. New wear plate added to windless in 2023.

16. New level sensor installed on the holding tank in 2022.

17. New gauges in 2020.

1. Approximately 600 hours on each engine. 70% of the hours are 1500 RPM or less. 30% of the hours are 3100 or less. 

2. Visual Endoscopy / Compression testing was completed in 2023. All cylinder walls are clean and compression reads normal.

3. Generator works great with 250 hours. 

4. Water to front and rear AC units is individually controlled with valves. The rear AC valve is currently open. The front AC valve is currently closed. This prevents passing salt water through the front AC unit when it's not being used. Do not run the front AC without opening this valve.

5. All manuals will be supplied.
