The boat is located on a navigable waterway.
One of the best layouts we have seen in a 75' houseboat. A very spacious yet integrated salon/galley arrangement. This boat has two staterooms, two stand up cuddies (3 full size beds and 1 queen), and two heads. She is loaded with equipment... bow and stern thruster, jet ski ramp with winch, slide, party top with bridge bar, new style wrap around helm with forward seating, front enclosure(updated in 2016), windlass anchoring system, auto tracking satellite TV, and twin V8 power (5.0 MPI with electronic controls). The owner upgraded the generator to a 25kw Westerbeke. He also upgraded the size of the fuel tanks (390 gallons total) so the family could do some extended cruising. The boat has matching Black Whirlpool appliances in the galley (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and trash compactor). The "eat in" bar located in galley/salon area is an excellent touch, and is an excellent example of the forethought, these owners put into this boat when they built it (YES, they are the original owners)!
Note: The white canvas party top and bimini top was recently (2014) replaced while the brown bow enclosure and rail covers were replaced in 2016. The boat has 3 double berths (cuddies and VIP) and 1 king berth (master stateroom).
