Ja Ja, for it's age is in great condition and has never been used for charters. The layout is a 4 stateroom 2 head design, with ample storage throughout the vessel. The large cockpit has Sea Deck flooring and a large seating area with dining table to starboard. The elevated helm station is to port. There are 2 separate arches on the stern, one for the inflatable dinghy, which is sold with the boat, the other for the solar panels. The cockpit is covered with a canvas Bimini lashed to a tubular frame, all piping is of stainless steel.
The boat is entered from the cockpit via sliding doors into a large on deck salon with curved seating and a curved table. To port is the navigation station, to starboard is the galley. The refrigerator is in a built in cabinet. The freezer is entered from a lift up hatch on the counter top. There is a two burner propane stove with an oven, and a double bowl sink.
Aft in each hull is a master stateroom each with upgraded A/C and hanging lockers. Access to engines are found under the bunks. Forward in each hull are smaller staterooms with under bunk storage.
The port head has a compost toilet and shower stall, while the starboard head has an electric toilet with a shower stall. Entry from the deck forward are two spaces that can be bunks, or equipment storage.
All working sails are in excellent condition, the mainsail is fully battened. The spinnaker is in good condition. The engineer owner has maintained the vessel in good working condition at all times.
Ja Ja is in sail away condition, it needs nothing! This boat will bring many hours of enjoyment to it's next owners.
