Are you ready to start your sailing adventure?! This boat is equipped for off grid cruising with tons of solar, batteries, water maker and so much more to keep you on the hook and not wasting time and money in marinas.
The Owners Version 2012 Lagoon 400 is a galley up catamaran and one of the most popular cats around for its tried and true design. This is a perfect cat for world traveling with a history of cruising the Caribbean and gulf with its current appointments. All lines lead to the port side helm and can easily single hand and being the owners version, super comfortable living for a couple or a small family (we have a family of 4 with two little girls).
The storage space on the boat is incredible. There is space to be able to provision for more than a year, and with the over sized 72lb Rocna anchor, upgraded Maxwell windlass and 2400 wats of solar, this boat was made for off the grid off shore living.
This cat is all about beam beam beam. With 23.79' beam (more than 1.5 feet wider than the newer lagoon 40 that replaced this boat) and 6' 10'' head room, when you walk on this 40 foot cat you realize it is so much bigger than other boats in its class. This boat is the hangout boat even for boats much newer.
