This KenCraft is a traditional down east style express cruiser with a modified V planing hull design that has hard chines. Propulsion is provided by twin inboard Cummins 6BTA 315 HP engines that were replaced in 2018 with only 350 hours. The ZF transmissions were replaced in 2018. The large aft cockpit has a center mounted seating station with dive tank storage that can be removed. The twin engines are mounted below deck and are accessed by deck hatches. The helm deck is midship with helm to starboard. There is generous seating in the main salon. The interior has a single head to port and a storage closet across to starboard with a V berth fully forward.
This vessel is well suited for coastwise navigation or extended coastal cruising. It would make a luxurious 6 passenger dive boat or fishing charter vessel in US waters or could easily be used for 12 to 14 divers in the Caribbean. It was thoughtfully upgraded for diving with a substantial aluminum dive platform and ladder and bench seating.
