Being one of two similar yachts, this 85' Jongert Motor Yacht HALCYON DAYS was built in the mid 1980s. HALCYON DAYS is built to German Lloyd's classification with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, making her heavier and larger in length but shallower in draft. In 2007, she underwent a substantial refit, which included a spectacular redesign of her interior. The galley was elevated from the deck below, and added in its place was a fourth stateroom, the media room, and an additional head. The aft deck was extended four feet which allowed more space and private crew accommodations. Her engine room was gutted and rebuilt with new equipment. HALCYON DAYS rendered in fully restored condition with an extremely strong structure and mechanics.
