You can't beat the cold-molded, wood with fiberglass-sheathing construction method when building a new boat. This 68' Jarrett Bay does nothing to dismiss this synopsis. Her flare in combination with the owner's direction, gave birth to an extremely nimble and maneuverable vessel. "Adaro" features designer fabrics and flawlessly crafted quarter-sawn, book matched American Cherry cabinets in the galley and a stunning cherry and ebony sole in the galley and heads. Three staterooms are found below beginning with the starboard stateroom aft (Capt.'s berth) with direct access to the head that has a second entrance, doubling as a day head. The port side guest stateroom includes side by side berths. The master stateroom is forward with a large shower in the forepeak.
Salon
Traditional beliefs are left behind in this room, which without a dinette, a Release Marine table is featured and is designed to change from four feet square to two by six feet! Surrounding it is a U-shaped leather couch with rod and dry stowage below. The 42" pop-up TV can be viewed from the settee and is the echelon of entertainment features in its class.
Galley/Laundry
The full beamed galley (there's no dinette) is spacious! The starboard side is dedicated to beverages, and the port side is devoted to cooking. The starboard side has two refrigerator drawers, an ice maker, drink and glass stowage, and a pull-out coffee maker. The aft counter is practical and beautiful with two bar stools for dining or drinks. Outboard of the bar stools is a retractable communications pod with Raymarine wind indicator and Furuno Navtex, and a 42" plasma TV.
The port side has a full-size thermador convection/microwave/conventional oven, second microwave above, pot and pan and cutlery drawers, ample storage, and an undercounter upright refrigerator and freezer.
The black granite counters, tie in with the leather settee in black, bar stool leather cushions in black, and stunning cherry and ebony sole (galley). The combination of black with the American cherry offer a cohesive appearance.
Master Stateroom
The forward master features the head forward, placing the shower in the peak of the boat. Aft is a separate compartment for the starboard Headhunter MSD (with built-in hamper behind it) and port sink. Farther aft, the master berth is angled, and there's a desk/makeup table (with laptop outlet) and plasma TV to starboard. Next to the berth, a touch-screen controls the entertainment system and a cockpit security system. Open the forward starboard hanging locker ad twist the coat hook, and the vanity mirror opens to reveal a 12 gauge shotgun, AR-16, two 9mm pistols, and an ammo safe.

Guest Stateroom
The port-side guest features side-by-side berths separated by a nightstand. The nightstand can be removed and the beds can slide together. The stand can be reinstalled inboard.
Mechanical
The designers experience leads you to a spacious, pleasant, and functional engine room. The mechanical equipment is pristine and the preventive maintenance chores are easily accessed. Awlgripped and accessed from the cockpit, the owner created the same impression as the rest of the boat: clean and concealed.
