After 37 years, PHANTOM seeks a new steward to carry her forward. Boathouse kept for all that time, PHANTOM has benefitted from excellent care and careful upgrading. Built by the famous Seattle boatbuilder Jensen Motorboat Co. on Lake Union, she has plied the waters of the Pacific NW for 93 years and is ready to carry on that tradition. Her boathouse is also available for purchase ($49,000) - membership in the Olympia Yacht Club is required. All offers considered.
Stepping from the covered back deck through a “Dutch” door you enter the galley. To starboard is an "L" shaped galley counter providing plenty of prep space with an undercounter refrigerator and a three-burner propane stove and oven. There is a bank of drawers and storage below the two-compartment stainless steel sink with H/C pressure water.
Moving forward we step up to the central cabin which contains the helm and salon table. There are sliding doors to port and starboard to provide access to the side decks. Down two steps and forward we enter the spacious forward cabin which houses the toilet compartment, a separate shower, a settee and sleeping accommodations.
