Super clean, low hours, freshwater only, never chartered. Popular two cabin, one head layout. A beautiful and functional design with rich, classic teak interior and off-white, synthetic leather upholstery.

Below Decks

The salon offers a bright interior with large port lights and hatches for great ventilation and natural light. A unique entertaining feature on the 40.3 is the mini-bar that doubles as a cocktail table between the lounge chairs in the main salon.

Large refrigerator and plenty of storage in the galley. Owners stateroom forward has two hanging lockers and an en-suite vanity with sink. Guest Stateroom aft to starboard. Utility and storage room aft to Port has built-in drawers and shelves for tool storage. A great place to keep your cruising gear.

On deck, the cockpit has a full set of cushions, bimini, dodger and a full cockpit enclosure. Furling mainsail, electric windlass, Raymarine electronics with a newer chart plotter. All in excellent working order.

Less than 500 hours on the Yanmar diesel. This is a clean, well maintained boat that will offer years of cruising enjoyment.
